Progress at East Main

Construction is moving along nicely at East Main.

East Main is one piece of our larger My Mainstreet Parker development, extending downtown’s historic core further east. This phase brings housing and new places to go right across from Discovery Park, adding more day-to-day activity to the area.

The broader plan pulls a few parcels together into something more connected, with housing, retail, and civic spaces tied into a network of streets, parks, and public areas. It’s a long-term effort, shaped through partnership with the Town of Parker and Confluence Companies, and built around how people move through downtown.

East Main is one of the first visible steps in that process, with an anticipated opening in summer 2027.
