Construction continues on NOVEL HiFi at Flatirons Crossing, where the building’s structure is taking shape and giving a clearer sense of how the first phase of the HiFi district will come together.
Craine’s work included both planning and architecture on NOVEL HiFi, the first residential building within the development. Seeing that long-term vision begin to take physical form is one of the most exciting parts of the process.
When complete, NOVEL HiFi will bring 347 apartments and approximately 23,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space to the district. The six-story building is designed to front HiFi’s future central plaza, creating a stronger connection between where people live and the restaurants, shops, entertainment, and public spaces that will become part of the district over time.
