Weatherford Hall officially broke ground last month, and we’re getting a better idea of who will be moving into this part of The Brickyard in Castle Rock.
So far, announced tenants include Willy Nilly, a new restaurant from Shucking Good Hospitality, along with Three, a coffee and market concept from the team behind Castle Rock’s COFF33, and Lolley’s Ice Cream.
Where Food Comes From plans to open its headquarters and a new restaurant here, and Owen-Ames-Kimball will have an office in the building.
That mix of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, and offices is a big part of what we envisioned when working with Confluence Companies and the Town of Castle Rock on The Brickyard’s master plan. It’s exciting to see the businesses that will make it their own.
Weatherford Hall is expected to be completed by the end of 2027. We’re already looking forward to visiting!
