A Timeline is in Place for The Rossonian

After years of planning, a timeline is now in place for the redevelopment of the Rossonian Hotel in Five Points, one of Denver’s most significant historic landmarks.

The project has been a long time in the making, and it’s exciting to see progress toward bringing the building back into active use as a hotel, restaurant, and music destination. Working alongside Palisade Partners, Milender White, CoralTree Hospitality, and the full team, Craine Architecture has been part of the effort to restore the historic structure while adding new space that will support the next chapter of The Rossonian.

The project team recently launched a new website with updates, history, and details about what’s ahead, with the hotel currently scheduled to open in 2028.

There’s a lot of anticipation around this one, both within the project team and across Denver, and we’re thrilled to see the work continuing to move forward.
