Construction is Underway at ‘akin’ Bonnie Brae

Work is moving forward at the former Bonnie Brae Tavern site, where construction is underway on ‘akin’ Bonnie Brae, a new mixed-use project designed in partnership with Alpine Investments and Revesco Properties.

The building will bring boutique apartments and street-level commercial space to a prominent corner at University and Ohio, with a design that responds to the scale and character of the surrounding Bonnie Brae neighborhood. From the start, the goal has been to create something that feels like a natural part of the street.
