The Emerson Celebrates Its Opening in Englewood

This week we celebrated the opening of The Emerson, a new residential project in Englewood we were glad to be part of from the start.

Working with Confluence Companies and the full project team, the building brings more than 260 apartments to the area along with shared amenities, retail, and outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the site. It was great to see the project complete and to spend time with the people who helped make it happen.
