Groundbreaking at East Main in Parker

Groundbreaking at East Main is the latest progress on the My Mainstreet Parker redevelopment, a long-planned effort to extend downtown Parker through a series of mixed use projects at the east end of Mainstreet.

We have been partnering with Confluence Companies and the Town of Parker on the planning and design of My Mainstreet from the early stages, helping shape a multi-phase plan that adds housing, retail, and civic spaces while staying consistent with the character of Parker’s historic downtown.

East Main is one of the first major phases in the project, bringing new apartments, commercial space, and structured parking to a site that will help connect future development with the existing town center. We’re grateful to be part of the team bringing My Mainstreet to life and look forward to seeing the next phase of the project come together!
