Aurum Sold to Golub & Company and Altre

Golub & Company, together with Altre, has acquired Aurum, a 165-unit residential project in Golden, Colorado.

We partnered with Confluence Companies on the design of the building, which was completed in 2021 on a site with easy access to transit, trails, and the foothills. The project mixes compact apartments, shared spaces, and ground-floor retail to create a building that works for residents and the neighborhood, in a location that offers quick access to both Denver and the mountains.

It’s great to see a building like this continue to attract interest after completion.
