The Jux, a 30-unit apartment building, wrapped up construction and received its Certificate of Occupancy in October, and 43% of the units have already been leased.  Located at 8th Avenue and Corona Street, the Capitol Hill project is a remodel of a century old two-story brick building that now houses a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.  Over the years it has seen its use range from a Chevron station, a piano repair shop and an antiques store.  To breathe new life into it, the structure’s renovation included the addition of a third story clad in sleek, dark bronze metal panels.  The juxtaposition of the old brick and the new panels allows the building to seamlessly pay homage to its history while ushering it into the modern era.  Endurance Real Estate Partners developed and manages The Jux, and they have several other projects in the works in the Denver Metro area.
