    • Salary Range: $95-125k (Annually)

    We are looking for a skilled Project Architect to lead the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen design sensibility, and excellent communication skills. This role involves overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet client expectations, adhere to design standards, and are executed within established timelines and budgets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
    • Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
    • Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Oversee and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on design, technical aspects, and project management.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
    • Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.
    • Uphold high standards of design quality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Professional licensure as a registered architect.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
    • Proven experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.

    • Salary Range: $100-130k (Annually)

    We are looking for a Senior Construction Administrator to oversee and manage construction projects from the initiation phase through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The Senior Construction Administrator will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of our designs in the field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the construction administration phase of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget, and schedule.
    • Responsible for managing, directing, and motivating 2-4 staff members.
    • Review and analyze construction documents, contracts, and drawings to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients to address and resolve construction-related issues.
    • Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including construction logs and reports.
    • Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback and insights based on on-site observations.
    • Ensure that construction activities align with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction administration for architectural projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in construction management software and tools as well as Autodesk Revit.
    • Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
    • Professional licensure or certification is a plus.
