OSO Now Complete in Denver’s SoBo Neighborhood

OSO, a mixed use residential project at South Acoma Street and Jewell Avenue, is now complete! It is always satisfying to see a project like this come together, especially in a part of Denver that has been changing as quickly as the Overland and South Broadway (SoBo) area in recent years.

Working with Palisade Partners and Milender White, the project brings more than 260 apartments and ground-floor commercial space to a site within walking distance of the Evans light rail station, South Pearl Street, and the growing collection of restaurants, breweries, and music venues nearby. What was once a largely industrial stretch is starting to feel like a true neighborhood, and projects like this are a big part of that shift.

The building was designed to have a strong presence at the street while still giving residents access to outdoor space, views, and shared amenities. Upper-level decks, a pool terrace, and rooftop spaces take advantage of the building’s height, with long views toward downtown and the Front Range. As one of the first larger residential projects in this part of the neighborhood, OSO helps set the tone for what the area is becoming.

We’re grateful to Palisade Partners for the trust and the partnership, and to Milender White for the work it took to bring this one across the finish line. It’s great to see new energy in this part of Denver, and we’re glad to have been part of it.
