The Eddy Named One of the “Greatest Hotels Ever”

We’re excited to share that The Eddy Taproom & Hotel in Golden, Colorado, was named one of Fifty Grande’s “Greatest Hotels Ever” — recognized among the best hotel experiences in the country under $350 a night.

Built on the historic Golden Brick Works site and designed to reflect Golden’s mountain-town spirit, The Eddy has quickly become a local favorite for outdoor adventurers, Red Rocks concertgoers, wedding parties, and casual get-togethers.

Blending industrial-style architecture with modern warmth, The Eddy’s roll-up taproom doors, rooftop decks, and outdoor spaces open to gorgeous Colorado sunshine and mountain views. It’s designed to bring people together, where a day of adventure ends with good company and a cold drink by the fire.

As Fifty Grande put it, “Hiking the mountains with an IPA in hand is perhaps the Colorado dream — but The Eddy has already achieved it.” The article also describes the hotel’s “modern brick-front taproom” as one that “centers itself around leaving the property — so long as you come back for a seasonal drink at the end of the day.” Yep, that sounds about right!
