The Zocalo Construction team is pouring the Level 3 PT slabs, helping this mixed-use project reach its 13th story. This will be one of the tallest buildings in the River North neighborhood and will deliver 381 apartments atop 10,000 SF of commercial space. What a pleasure it has been to work with Zocalo Community Development, a company that has a long standing history of providing affordable housing in Denver. This endeavor was no different- developed with affordability in mind and designed to be an elegant addition to the neighborhood. Forty percent of the units will be studio apartments, and eighteen units will be designated for qualified renters earning 80% of AMI. We will certainly keep you all apprised of the progress.
