We are honored that The Wheatley was recognized for this award. Craine Architecture designed this mixed-use project with 82 for-rent apartments, 14 for-sale townhomes, and a 3,800-square-foot office which Craine Architecture proudly calls home. Context was paramount in design considerations—ensuring that the building sensitively responded to the historic context of the Five Points Neighborhood. It was a pleasure working with our client, Palisade Partners, as well as with Confluence Builders.
Craine Architecture and Palisade Partners received an award for The Wheatley. Our project was one of six in Denver to be celebrated by the Downtown Denver Partnership for their tranformational impact on the vitality of our great city. We are incredibly thankful and humbled to have a project receive this recognition. We love the Five Points Neighborhood, and are so happy to have our office here!
