At the 48th Annual Historic Denver Dinner, The Mirador received a Community Preservation Award. Confluence Companies hired Craine Architecture to sensitively transform the historic El Jebel Shrine into 24 luxury condominiums while retaining the grandeur of the original shrine. What a pleasure it was working to preserve 65,000 square feet of history while also ensuring the project was LEED Silver Certified.
