Design Challenge
Design luxury level condominiums in a historic Shriners building with large auditorium space and massive load-bearing brick wall while creating a sustainable building that is LEED Certified.
Accomplishments & Design Solution
The interior spaces of the building take advantage of the high ceilings and floor plan to create spacious residences. The top floors take advantage of adjacent roof spaces to create large decks with stunning views of the Rockies. The central corridor is open to below and reflects the historic auditorium space that once existed.
