Apartments bring daily activity to the district, while office space and destination tenants contribute to its daytime and evening life. Public participation helped make the project possible, and its success is evident in the activity it has brought to downtown.

Parking is integrated below grade and behind retail frontages, allowing the architecture to keep the focus on the street frontage and pedestrian scale. Riverwalk Luxe continues this vision with a more intimate collection of for-sale residences, offering a distinct tier of housing with condominium-level finishes, shared amenities, and ground-floor commercial space while maintaining the same commitment to integration with the surrounding downtown. Together, the buildings establish a cohesive yet varied presence that reinforces Castle Rock’s small-town character while supporting its continued growth.
