Design Challenge
Develop a design for 26 townhomes that respect the urban fabric and context of the historic neighborhood while creating a garden court to bring light deep into the site.
Accomplishments & Design Solution
Create a U-shaped configuration with a central garden court that opens to the street. The units can be accessed from the garden court. The building continues the urban street edge condition similar to the existing historic townhomes in the neighborhood. Each townhome has private rooftop access and spectacular views to the east and west to the mountains.
