Wrigley on Penn will be the newest neighbor in West Washington Park, and it will bring about 10,000 sf of new restaurant and retail space to a neighborhood that already features mainstay restaurants like Carmine’s on Penn and The Spot. At about 61,000 sf, Wrigley is a mixed-use project featuring 29 condominium units above the Level 1 retail served by a secure parking garage below ground. Third-floor units have double-height ceilings with mezzanines, and all units have access to outdoor spaces.
In both material and scale, the design is in harmony with the context of the northwest corner of Pennsylvania Street and East Bayaud Avenue. Recessed storefront provides transparency at street level within a sophisticated and timelesss exterior skin of brick masonry.
Construction on Wrigley is underway with its super-structure permit recently approved by the City of Denver, and the cast-in-place concrete core elements are being poured in short order.
The project is the result of a partnership between Endurance Real Estate Partners and Martines Palmiero Construction.
