Summit Sky Ranch

Summit Sky Ranch (SSR) construction is well underway and Craine Architecture is thrilled to be a part of this team.  This picturesque community is nestled in the Rocky Mountains and in close proximity to several world class ski areas in Colorado.  When completed, SSR will be comprised of 240 single-family properties tailored to blend into the stunning landscape of this 416 acre site.  For the past two years, Craine Architecture has been working with the SSR development team to design a community center, as well as nine individual home and cabin options that reflect the organic shapes and materials of a mountain property while retaining the clean lines of modern styling.  Sixty percent of the land at SSR is preserved open space, including wetlands.  Thus, wildlife will surround the residents of this community and will be accessible via a maintained trail system.  If you hit the trails, you may also come across the twelve head of highland cattle that call SSR their home.  We are having so much fun working with the entire Summit Sky Ranch development team to help Tom Everist realize his vision for this extraordinary property.  We will keep you posted with progress!
