US Senator Cory Gardner, along with Denver City Councilman, Albus Brooks, and the Director of the Five Points Buisness District, Tracy Winchester toured The Wheatley which is under construction at 2460 Welton Street. Craine Architecture’s own Dan Craine and Eric Bottenhorn joined the tour, led by the developer Paul Books of Palisade Partners. Also in attendance were Cole Nelson of Confluence Builders and Ryan Cobbins, owner of Coffee at the Point.
