Design Challenge

Provide a variety of modern luxury housing designs and amenity buildings while dealing with dynamic mountain-site characteristics, including substantial slope and public trail accommodations.

Accomplishments & Design Solution

Design a series of homes that can work with a variety of site conditions. The homes take advantage of the natural landscape and are designed to fit harmoniously into the landscape with little grading required. The homes allow the landscape to be the dominant element—sitting on the landscape modestly and using natural materials and colors to blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
